Turkish Pide Bread
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 11/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Make a hollow in the middle and add the water and olive oil . Mix using a wooden spoon until well combined.and let it rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Add a little flour to your work surface.Place the dough on work surface. and form into a thin using your hands. Transfer on baking sheet with parchment paper and cover Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400 F.bake for 15 minutes.Let it cool on a cooling rack before serving enjoy.
