Turkish Pide Bread

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 11/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Make a hollow in the middle and add the water and olive oil . Mix using a wooden spoon until well combined.and let it rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
  2. Add a little flour to your work surface.Place the dough on work surface. and form into a thin using your hands. Transfer on baking sheet with parchment paper and cover Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400 F.bake for 15 minutes.Let it cool on a cooling rack before serving enjoy.
