Stuffed Salmon
Stuffed Salmon is made with tasty salmon fillets and crab meat filling. Make it once, and you’ll want to make it every week takes about 30 minutes to prepare and tastes amazing!
Stuffed Salmon
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups crab meat chopped
- 2 tablespoon mayo
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 whole egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add salmon fillets on top of parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut a ¼-inch-deep pocket in the center of each salmon fillet. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl combine chopped crabmeat, mayo, garlic, egg, parsley, and old bay seasoning lemon juice mix and Stir well and season with some salt and pepper.
- Stuff the salmon fillets with the prepared crabmeat filling.Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top .
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through. Remove from oven and serve. enjoy.
