Stir Fry beef with Noodles
This easy Beef Stir Fry with Noodles can be made in just 20 minutes!
For the stir fry:
- 1 lb beef top round steak, sliced thin strips
- 16 ounces linguini noodles
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1red bell pepper sliced into thin
- 2 handfuls of sugar snaps peas
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 large carrot, sliced into thin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon chinese black vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch. mixed with 1 tablespoon of water
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup sliced green onion
1. Cook noodles/pasta according to package instructions and set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté beef, bell pepper sugar snaps peas , and garlic in oil, stirring occasionally until beef is browned and vegetables are just tender .
2. Reduce heat to medium. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, ginger, and cornstarch/water mixture until smooth. Add to pan and cook several minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce is slightly thickened.
3.stir noodles into sauce mixture until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top noodles with green onions and serve warm enjoy.
