SLOW COOKER LEG OF LAMB

Slow Cooker Leg of Lamb is an easy lamb recipe Juicy, tender bone-in leg of lamb with seasoned with garlic, rosemary, and lemon delicious dish perfect for special occasions !

SLOW COOKER LEG OF LAMB

  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pounds leg of lamb
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary , chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth 
  1. Place the olive oil garlic in the slow cooker and top with the lamb. Season well with salt and pepper. Add the rosemary and lemon zest over the lamb.
  2. Pour in the beef stock , cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours depending on how large your lamb joint is. At the end of the cooking time the lamb should be perfectly tender if pierced with the knife. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the lamb to a platter and cover loosely with foil.
  3. Serve with your choice of enjoy !
