Slow Cooker Leg of Lamb is an easy lamb recipe Juicy, tender bone-in leg of lamb with seasoned with garlic, rosemary, and lemon delicious dish perfect for special occasions !
SLOW COOKER LEG OF LAMB
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 pounds leg of lamb
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary , chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- Place the olive oil garlic in the slow cooker and top with the lamb. Season well with salt and pepper. Add the rosemary and lemon zest over the lamb.
- Pour in the beef stock , cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours depending on how large your lamb joint is. At the end of the cooking time the lamb should be perfectly tender if pierced with the knife. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the lamb to a platter and cover loosely with foil.
