Shrimp and steak Fried Rice
Fried Rice is Loaded with tender beef, shrimp eggs and vegetables, it makes a tasty and filling meal !
- 3 cups rice
- 1-1.5 lbs Jumbo Shrimp
- 1 lb steak
- 3 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- ½ cup chopped carrot
- ½ cup sweet peas
- 1 hot pepper of choice
- ¼teaspoons black pepper
- ¼teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Slice the steak thinly then place in a bowl and add the black pepper.
- Place a large wok pan on a high heat and add 2 tablespoon oil. Cook the ribeye for 5 minutes until well seared, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- Peel, rinse and drain the shrimp.
- Add 13 tablespoon oil to the wok and place on a medium heat. Add the ginger garlic, hot pepper, carrots and sweet peas, sauté for 5 mins. Add shrimp sauté for 3 mins.
- Next add the cooked rice, beef and shrimp. and eggs Incorporate the ingredients to mix well for 1 min then add the sauce mixture.
- Stir the sauce mixture throughout the rice to combine completely.
- Season with black pepper and sugar.
- Allow the shrimp and beef fried rice to cook for 3 minutes then remove from the heat.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and serve enjoy .
