(Sausage & Shrimp Kabobs)
These Sausage and Shrimp Kabobs are packed with flavor and super easy. They are the perfect way to make dinner on the grill . Shrimp and Sausage kabobs are spicy, savory, and simple. this recipe will fly off the platter!
• 1 ½ pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 package smoked sausage, thinly sliced
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley for garnish
1 .Soak skewers in water for at least 20 minutes. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels then toss in a large bowl with butter, lemon and seasoning. Slice sausage the same thickness as the shrimp then sausage slices between the curve of the shrimp and skewer .
2.Preheat grill over high heat for 15 minutes then turn heat down to medium-high. then grill for 3 minutes per side or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through garnish with parsley and serve enjoy.
