Roasted Turkey Breast
• 1 turkey breast patted dry
• 1 cup unsalted butter softened
• 2 tablespoon Ghee
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
• 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 2 teaspoon coarse ground black
pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add the turkey breast to a large roasting pan and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mash the butter, Ghee,herbs,garlic salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Use the back of a spoon to lift the skin from the turkey breast and spread butter inside. Smooth the skin back down to spread the butter all over the breast.
- Roast for 1 hour 30 minutes.or until the the breast is cooked to 165 degrees.let rest for 20 minutes before carving serve warm enjoy.
