Roasted baby potatoes infused with ghee and garlic. These savory potatoes are perfect as a side dish. The potatoes are crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside, and with the perfect seasoning taste amazing when roasted to perfection!
Roasted Baby Potatoes
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, (minced)
- 3 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wash and Rinse the baby potatoes. Place them over some kitchen towels to dry.
- In a mixing bowl, add the potatoes.and melt ghee salt,black pepper,paprika,garlic.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place all the potatoes on a baking tray and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Once done, remove it from the oven. Serve it warm i love to serve with yogurt and garlic sauce.enjoy!
