Peach Pie Recipe with Puff Pastry
- 5-6 peaches peeled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 2 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
- 1 egg lightly beaten
