Marble Mini Bundt Cakes

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    For the Chocolate Marbling
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon milk
    For the Chocolate Glaze
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate
  • 4 tablespoon cream
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a mini
    bundt pan 12 small bundts Set aside.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat together eggs and sugar until well-combined.add vegetable oil
    mixing well add vanilla,milk mix until combined.
  3. Add cake flour, baking powder, and salt.Stir in on low just until incorporated
  4. Scoop out 1 ½ cup of the batter, and place it into a separate bowl.Stir cocoa powder and milk into the 1 ½ cup of batter until well combined.
  5. use a small scoop spoon. spoon vanilla and chocolate batter alternately into each mini bundt pans, fill to 2/3 of each mould.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Cool the cakes for 20 minutes in the pan, then turn out to cool completely.

7.For the Chocolate Glaze Melt over low heat, stir in cream. Mix together. Drizzle Mini Bundt Cakes with chocolate glaze enjoy.
