Lamb Shish Kebab is a very popular Turkish / Middle Eastern dish. This simple recipe explains how to make your homemade version of this lamb kebabs from scratch with a few ingredients!


LAMB SHISH KEBAB
- 1 lb lamb leg or shoulder cut into bite sized chunks
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste - 1 tablespoon red pepper paste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tablespoon salt
- Place the olive oil, tomato paste,red pepper paste garlic, salt,black pepper in a bowl Add the lamb and give it a good mix together.
- Thread the lamb onto metal or soaked bamboo kebab skewers.
- Cook the lamb kebabs on the BBQ or the griddle for 15-18 minutes.
- Serve with pitta bread, tzatziki and a tomato,cucumber,red onion salad. Alternatively, these go great with enjoy.
