LAMB BURGERS

LAMB BURGERS
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
For serving - tzatziki sauce
- lettuce
- tomato sliced
- red onion sliced
- cucumber sliced
- fresh mint leaves
- feta cheese

- Heat grill to medium high heat. While the grill heats up make the burgers .Add the lamb,
heats up make the burgers .Add the lamb, oregano, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to combine. - form the meat into 4 equal sized patties. Grill over direct heat for 5-8 minutes per side, depending on how you like your burger cooked. While the burgers grill, prepare your toppings .
