Korean BBQ Beef

  • 1 lb Thinly sliced sirloin
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  1. Add all of the marinade ingredients to a shallow bowl and whisk to combine. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and marinate 10 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Heat one tablespoon vegetable oil over medium high heat in a large cast iron skillet.stir fry the meat until it’s slightly brown on both sides. about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with green onions if desired enjoy.
