Korean BBQ Beef
- 1 lb Thinly sliced sirloin
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Add all of the marinade ingredients to a shallow bowl and whisk to combine. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and marinate 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat one tablespoon vegetable oil over medium high heat in a large cast iron skillet.stir fry the meat until it’s slightly brown on both sides. about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately garnished with green onions if desired enjoy.
