- 1 cup all-purpose flour spooned and leveled
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup salted butter melted and cooled

- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 12 cupcake papers in a cupcake tin.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
- Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients and then fold in sour cream. Divide batter among prepared cupcake papers, filling each no more than 2/3 full. If you have extra batter, either discard or grab a couple more cupcake papers.
- Bake in the center of preheated oven for 16-18 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Cool cupcakes completely before frosting enjoy .
