Grilled Chicken Wings
- 3 pounds Chicken Wings
- 1 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Dipping sauce for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- In a small bowl add tomato paste,olive oil paprika, garlic powder,black pepper and salt mix until combined.
- Place chicken wings in a large ziplock bag add the marinade mixture, and mix to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
- Place the chicken wings on the grill over direct heat.Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes flipping them every 2-3 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove from the grill.Serve immediately Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired enjoy.
