Garlic Parmesan Dinner Rolls

  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon yeast
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  1. add water, yeast,sugar and salt in a small bowl let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.Then add the butter and egg. Mix.
  2. Add the liquid to the flour and add baking powder, mix until rough dough forms, then take it out of the bowl onto a floured surface and start kneading until smooth.
  3. return the dough to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and a towel and let it rise for 1 hour.divide into 12 equal parts.Roll into balls and place into a well-buttered baking pan. Cover with a tea towel and let them rise one more time for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 F. bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. melt butter add garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese to the mix. Once the rolls are done, brush them with the garlic butter mixture. Serve warm enjoy.
