Garlic Parmesan Dinner Rolls
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups all purpose flour
Topping - 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Put the water, milk, sugar, and butter in a microwave bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Once it is heated, add it to a stand mixer and yeast in. Pour flour and salt into the water mixture and begin mixing with a dough hook attachment.
- Once it has all incorporated,Set it in an oiled bowl and cover with a towel for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.separate the dough into 12 even pieces.Roll your pieces into balls, and place them in the pan. Cover and let rise for 10 minutes.
- Put in the oven, and bake until golden brown on top, about 15-20 minutes. They will double in size. Once they are done baking.
- add the butter, parmesan, garlic powder, fresh parsley topping. with pastry brush or a spoon to spread this on the tops of the rolls. Cover all the rolls and enjoy.
