Garlic Parmesan Dinner Rolls

Garlic Parmesan Dinner Rolls

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
    Topping
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  1. Put the water, milk, sugar, and butter in a microwave bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Once it is heated, add it to a stand mixer and yeast in. Pour flour and salt into the water mixture and begin mixing with a dough hook attachment.
  3. Once it has all incorporated,Set it in an oiled bowl and cover with a towel for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.separate the dough into 12 even pieces.Roll your pieces into balls, and place them in the pan. Cover and let rise for 10 minutes.
  5. Put in the oven, and bake until golden brown on top, about 15-20 minutes. They will double in size. Once they are done baking.
  6. add the butter, parmesan, garlic powder, fresh parsley topping. with pastry brush or a spoon to spread this on the tops of the rolls. Cover all the rolls and enjoy.
