Chili Cheese Fries

Chili Cheese Fries
- 32 ounce frozen fries
(chili) - 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- ⅓ cup water
(cheese sauce) - 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- in a large skillet over medium-high heat add the beef, onion Brown the beef and cook until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain the excess fat. Add chili powder,garlic powder, salt, and cumin.Stir to combine.

- While the fries are cooking, make the cheese sauce. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Cook for one minute, then add garlic powder, chili powder and salt.
- Whisk in the milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook until it begins to thicken, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese until melted and smooth. Set aside.
- Spread the chili over the hot French fries, then spoon the cheese sauce over top. Garnish with desired toppings and serve immediately enjoy.
