Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- oil for frying
FETTUCCINE ALFREDO - 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups whole milk,
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb. Fettuccine
- Parsley to garnish
- Mix the eggs, garlic salt and pepper in bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan in another bowl.
- Coat the chicken in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the eggs, and coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.Cook the chicken in the oil until golden brown on both sides .
- Boil the fettuccine according to package instructions. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Add the heavy cream in stirring continuously. Add the milk. Bring to a gentle bubble, then reduce heat to low to bubble. Slowly stir in the cheese. and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and carefully mix it into the sauce until well incorporated. Place the crispy chicken bites over the pasta and Garnish with chopped parsley and serve enjoy.
