
Our no-knead Turkish bread is the easiest bread you will make as it requires no kneading, only just mixing the ingredients and then shaping

Turkish bread:
- Flour: 3 cups and one third
- Yeast: a teaspoon (dried)
- Sugar: a teaspoon
- Salt: a teaspoon
- Warm water: a cup and a half
- Olive oil: a large spoon
- Sesame: 2 tbsp
- Love pond: a teaspoon
- Egg yolk: 1 tablet

How to prepare Turkish bread:
- Mix flour with yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Make a hole in the middle of the mixture and add water and stirring with a wooden spoon and then paste the dough by hand until the ingredients homogenize.
Place the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour and stir well for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Add the dough with a little olive oil and place in a bowl and cover and leave in a warm place for one hour until fermented and double in size.
- Heat the oven over 230 degrees.
- Divide the dough into three sections and then the paste on the surface of a delicate sprinkled by hand, then put it in a tray lined with butter paper and leave it for 15 minutes covered with a kitchen towel.

- Mix the sesame and parsley and spread over the dough in the tray and cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 10 minutes.
