(BACON WRAPPED HOT DOGS)
• 4 Hot Dogs
• 4 slices Bacon
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 small onion
• 1 small green bell pepper
• 1 small red bell pepper
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 buns

- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wrap the bacon around the hot dogs and secure with toothpicks on each end.
- Place the bacon wrapped hot dogs on the baking sheet fitted with the rack. Bake for 15 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
- Slice the onions. Slice the peppers into bite-size strips.In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat until it is hot and melted. Add the vegetables and saute for about 8 minutes, until they are as done as you like them add salt and pepper to taste.
