Rigatoni Bolognese

My all-time favorite bolognese sauce recipe is slow-simmered with a rich tomato base, meat and veggies. This Bolognese recipe is rich, hearty and exploding with complex layers of flavor BUT is on your table in less than one hour and most of that time is hands-off simmering. All it takes is some loving care and a bit of time to work its magic!
