Shrimp Kimchi Fried Rice

Kimchi Fried Rice easy fried rice made with Kimchi adds a spicy and pungent taste and absolute best. This recipe takes 20 mins to make!

• 1/2 pound shrimp,cleaned and
deveined
• 3 cup Cooked Rice
• 1 cup Kimchi
• ½ Onion Cut small dices
• 1 tablespoon Gchugaru Korean chilli powder
• 3 Spring onion Cut thin slices
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon Kimchi Juice Water from squeezing out kimchi
• 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

  1. Heat the large wok/pan into medium-high heat,
    drizzle oil, and stir fry the onion for a few seconds
    add the shrimp and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until
    cooked through.
  2. Then add the kimchi and stir fry for a few seconds with the chilli powder. Cook for a few seconds.Bring up the heat to high and place the rice in the wok Add kimchi juice, sesame oil, sugar, and salt.
  3. Mix everything well and continue stir fry for another 2 minutes.Turn off the heat, sprinkle spring onions and Serve enjoy.
